The myACAH portal is for students to update their contact details, check results and attendance and download forms, policies and procedures.

Paying your fees
Fees can be paid via cash, credit card or bank transfer. Please note that all fees are payable in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Telephone Payments
You may pay in full using credit card over the phone by calling 1300 855 558 anytime and quoting the reference on your Tax Invoice (please note that the reference number is not the same as your offer letter). All Credit Card payments will incur a 1.8% surcharge.
Payment In person
If you are paying your fees by cash you may pay at any Campus during business hours or at any Westpac Branch. OSHC Claims/Queries
An OSHC representative is available on Thursdays between 12-2pm at the Melbourne Campus to assist with claims processing. Alternatively students my visit www.oshcworldcare.com.au to lodge a claim online.
Progress Reports and Certificate Requests
Must be made in writing by completing a General Request Form. Students will be notified of the outcome of their request within 5-10 working days.
